Jo Anne Mastrangelo, MBA, CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach), ACC (Associate Certified Coach, ICF).
Jo Anne is a leadership and team development trainer and coach specializing in helping organizational leaders and teams maximize their effectiveness. Jo Anne was employed in corporate senior management positions for 25 years, including 15 years with a Fortune 100 company. She served as an operations and customer service leader, where she mentored and coached individuals, teams and leaders.
While employed in corporate positions, Jo Anne recognized that leaders and teams were not functioning at their full capacity and personal fulfillment was at very low levels. From this platform, Jo Anne began to study and implement approaches that led to more collaboration and self-awareness in teams and leaders.
To further enhance her working knowledge, Jo Anne became a certified personal and business coach. The rich blend of hands-on experience and additional training led her to pursue her dream of transforming the individual and team experience in corporate and organizational work places.
